Outlook integration..

Just to advise everyone that this problem is indeed fixed in Max 7..

Are you accessing a Microsoft Exchange Server? If so, then there is a known issue with Maximizer and MAPI and Exchange Server. Michael McCaffrey has built a utility to work around it. See

Yes it is Exchange 2000 - I'll try that util.

The MAPI is timing out. Make your PST and PAB files local. Or try to Override Extended MAPI.

Im still having issues with this - the link to mamvvaffrey.com is dead..

I cant use "Override Extended MAPI" as then I lose access to the public folders on Exchange.

PST files ARE local...

Anyone got any other ideas? This is driving us mad..

I know you dont want to hear this but ill let you know anyway. Email integration has been greatly improved in Max 7. Emails being loaded in will not do a lookup in the address book at that time. (its a toggle feature) so if it is a timeout issue that would resolve that.
