Outlook integration

Hi There,
We use Outlook as our main email preference over Max. How do I integrate outlook with Max so as to save emails to contacts? I have followed the instructions in the Maximizer 10 User Guide however have been unsuccessful in seeing the buttons in outlook that allow me to do this.
