Hi,

I have a customer using Maximizer SQL 5.1. I just completed the setup with them and everything was working fine up to yesterday when we began to see error code 19 only when clicking on the "Personal" button... The error stated that the EXPENSE and ACCOUNT tables were the source of the problem. My questions are:

Can we delete everything from the EXPENSE table without creating more problems than we have now ?

Will this solve the actual corruption ?

Many thanks,
Patrice

Hi,
The problem probably is that some of the tables are not created by Maximizer.SQL until someone uses them, However if the user who first tries to open the feature does not have enough rights in SQL to be able to create the tables then they will not be created.

Therefore, Login as the domain administrator or SQL sa user and open up all the features and hence the tables to cure this problem.

Hi Nick,

Many thanks for the help... The "expenses" table is actually owned by one of the users. I would like to know though if I have to delete the "expense" table and recreate it, and start Maximizer under Domain Admin to solve correctly this problem, or if I can only re-open Maximizer with a Domain Admin and click the "personal" button ?

Many thanks,
Patrice
