What version of software are you using? What version of email?

Sorry, can't help. We're using Max 7 and I understand the Outlook interface has been completely rewritten for Max 9.

If you want to send e-mails from Maximizer that include data merged from a contact record then you should use the Maximizer Editor to design your e-mail and include the merge fields you want to use, then click File>>Merge>>To E-Mail.
This will allow you to mail merge the e-mail.

I wanted to do a newsletter which I have done in HTML & I wanted to send this with with firstname but I cannot see how I can do thi in the Max Editor.
