Using Max Ent 8

Workstations are now getting the following message when trying to open an address book or in Administrator

The maximum number of your Pervasive licensed users has been reached. Contact maximizer Technical Support to upgrade your Pervasive user count.

I don't know why this is happening as we have not added any new users in Maximizer. TIA
