I am getting problems with phantom emails appearing in my inbox. Here's the gory detail:
We are using Maximizer 9.5 eCRM sr1 with Outlook 2003. We use IMAP to fetch our mail. If I use Maximizer to send an email and then receive new emails in Outlook, both Outlook and Maximizer show the new emails in the inbox twice. In the Maximizer view, one email is shown with an adress book entry and its "twin" does not have an adress book entry. If I restart Outlook, the new messages are shown correctly (i.e they appear once).
Does anyone else get this? Anyone know if this is a known bug in either Outlook or in Maximizer and does anyone know a fix?
