I know this has been asked on here before, as I was just searching and found quite a few users who were having the same issue as I was.

I am trying to export EVERY Company, and EVERY Individual within that company's information.

Email addresses are the most important, but I figure all fields are treated equally.

Incase some of you are un-familiar with the issue, company names are exporting, and a generic (if there is one in place) email add/contact info is being transfered, but not individual employee information.

Please help, I'm having a big open house, and need to get some flyer's out asap.

What I am looking to do is to have every company with in a certain field, and everyone of their contacts export at once.

I'm not looking to manually do this one by one.

I want to narrow my fields down to architects, and designers, and be able to then transfer whatever number of contacts (190 or so in this case) and all of their information.

Surely there is a method?
I don't think Maximizer has the ability to do exactly what you're looking for here. However there are a couple of ways you can get something very similar to it.

First up do a search to get all the company records you want on screen at once. Then click Edit>>Select All, Search>>Retrieve Contacts, Edit>>Invert Selection, Edit>>Make Selected List Current.

This will give you a big list of all contacts from all the companies you just selected.

From here you can either edit the column setup to get the data you want on screen and then (with it all still selected) click the 'Export to Excel' button (if your version has it) or export the data as you normally would.
