Hi,

We have just installed Max 9 for Workgroups (enterprise lite, I believe) on an exchange server and one workstation and will add one more user. Though only 2 of us will use Max, we have 10 people in our firm. Can we sync Max with the public Outlook Contact folder used firmwide? If so, how? I can't figure this out. In the Outlook Sync tab in Maximizer, the only Outlook profile listed is "Outlook", which I assume is my personal contact folder (that has only 2 contacts in it.) I have not tried sync'ing yet.

If we can't sync Max directly with our public contact folder, i believe i would need an add-on to sync from my personal contact folder to the public one. Is this correct?

(Note: we have an IT administrator that supports our firm and two others, so she handles a lot. Upon first raising this subject with her, she said I needed to ask Support whether it's even possible to sync directly with a public folder before she would get too deep into things. We bought Max for ease of use, meaning no heavy IT help required.)
