Hi,

This sounds to me as if either, you have updated the printer driver and not reset Maximizer to use the new driver so it is giving a spurious error, if so goto file preferences and select the envelopes tab. Check that the correct printer is selected.

The other possible problem is that Maximizer is attempting to print to the wrong tray on the printer. Then in the same location as before check that Max is trying to print to the tray you would expect. It may also be wise to check that the correct type of paper is selected in the options as well.

If this does not solve the problem please do reply and we will see what else may be the matter.
