Printing Notes

I found a second PC, so I can try the 30 day trial again and I apologize if the answers to some of my Q's are obvious.

I really like how the first line of the note is a note title and we click on the title to view the entire note. I'm baffled, however how we print the note - there are actions listed as a button, but actions don't seem to have anything to do with the note. Must be missing something basic.

Act comparison - Notes are listed in detail on the main screen, prefer the way that Maximizer does it with click to see entire note (maybe an option if some want to see the entire note - I don't, my notes may be long). Pring button? .... son of a gun, Act doesn't have a single note print button either - QuickBooks Customer Manager has the print button as I expected.

Right-mouse click, select print | choose list or full details. You can select what notes to print just by tagging them (something you can't do in ACT)

Ah - Methuen was right. The trick seems to be to not print the note when looking at the detail note (there is not a print button on the window and right click does not have a print here), but we can print from the list and dispite indications, we can print 1 note at a time and as one other Maximizer pointed out it also prints the basic contact information at the top of the note, which is what I want 99 % of the time.

Just goes to show that while Maximizer is not the easiest to understand, sometimes the approaches are even better than what I thought it should do.
