Problem with order desk

Maximizer keeps creating new address book entries for the same customer every time they make an order from my ECbuilder website. The customer contact details are identical each time. I always choose the option of using the selected entry rather than asking Maximizer to create a new entry.

When you import an ecBuilder order it trys to find matching records in Maximizer for importing onto. When it has built a list of possible matches you can then chose to import onto one of the records in the list or to import it as a new record.

However you do not have to accept the list that Maximizer provides. If you know that the order you are importing belongs to a record tht is already in Maximizer, you can search for it at this point. Then simply select it and import onto the selected record.
