Problems accessing Address book

Last time I closed down my computer it seemed like there were no open programs but there was an error message that said something about "a pervasive .... being used" but since nothing was open I clicked to close anyway. Now I cannot access any of my Maximizer Address books and my calendar and when I click on "file" instead of being able to choose address book, calendar etc. I get a blank page. Please help
