I am upgrading ME7.5 to ME9.5. Part of the process is to locate the address book db (8.8GB) on a new SQL Server 2005 db server. I backed up the old address book db (from a SQL Server 2000 db), restored to the new server, converted successfully, and am trying to follow the procedure to delete existing users from the address book (ME95 Admin guide pg 374). However, SQL Server 2005 errors when trying to delete the users: 'Ad hoc updates to system catalogs are not allowed'. The step to Allow Modifications to be made directly to the system catalogs cannot be done with 2005. So, how do I accomplish this step? TIA,
