I recently installed Maximizer 7, not Enterprise, on a new computer running WindowsXP.
The computer is NOT on a network.
There seem to be several bugs in the program and I am hoping those in this forum will be able to help me exterminate them.
1. I cannot open Administrator, the login dialogue does not appear, so I am unable to backup and restore the data.
2. While I can insert a document scanned with PaperPort and MS Excel workbooks, from file, I cannot insert a MS Word document from file.
3. I can add an UDF table, but not define the table items.
4. Because Maximizer 7 insists on a last name for each contact, and many times I only have the first name, I thought a good work around would be to enter the first name in the last name field and define a new salutation, Dear >:
However I unable to add or modify a salutation.
These are only four problems that I have encountered in the first week; does anyone have any suggestions?
