Public/Private Security

We have a Number of users and companies on our maximizer database. In the Past all companies have been set as public so all users have Full and Read access.

I would like to lock it down so out of our sales people only the account manager of the company can see the company. We do have a number of other back office type users though that we still want to be able to see and edit all companies.
