We have Maximizer 7.5 with MaxExchange 7.5 running in our office.
We have a remote user and before we had setup up a VPN link to them, we transferred a packet of data from their Laptop to the MaxExchange server by manual copy (using a CD), we then processed that packet in the main database. What we didn't do was delete that packet from his Laptop and so they have since added additional information to their remote database, which in turn has added to the original packet. We have the packet with the additional information, but we can not import it into our database because it thinks it already has it. Is there any way round this? can the system be forced to take the packet again? or delete the information from the previous packet from that user and reimport the later packet? Can the packet be renumbered?
