RECOVERING DAMAGED FILES IN PERVASIVE DATABASE (MAXIMIZER 8)
I urgently need to repair a ‘Documents and Templates’ file please.
Here is the message I receive when I try to open a particular database:
“An I/O error occurred on the ‘Documents and Templates’ file. File is probably damaged. Refer to your documentation details on recovering damaged files.’
This is a serious problem for me because I cannot back up this particular database properly which means that I cannot backup my Maximizer data into the future. Also, the only data base I am able to access is unstable and runs the risk at any time to corrupt further and stand to be locked out of my current database also at any moment.
So I would very much appreciate your advice to help me repair this file in my master database. Please feel free to phone or Skype should you need to.
