Refresh after MaxExchange Sync?

I was wondering if Maximizer Ent 5.5 is supposed to Refresh the data after a syncronization with a MaxExchange server? The only way that I can see the new data after a sync is by closing Maximizer and then opening it again or to Login again. Am I missing something or is this how Maximizer functions?

I assume you mean a screen refresh. Maximizer does not dynamically update the screen with new records entered or changed by the Max Exchange update.

This is also true on a network when other user change records.

Just redo you last search or use view all... again.

In general it probably better to run Max Exchange with Maximizer closed. This way you'll never have the problem anyway.
