Remote inbox is not recieveing packets

Greetings,

When I preform a transfer the servers outbox has the hexadecimal folder, as indicated in the users manual, however, when trying to recieve the address book, nothing is happening. I have noticed that there does not seem to be a folder in the inbox on the remote side?

Any possible explainations for this?
