Remove Notes from Mutilple Users

Hello
Client has Imported a Note (Somehow) and now almost every Address has the Same Note. I am able to see that every Note has a Date of "Oct 4,2005" and a Time of "12:07PM". I would like to Delete every Note at the same time, instead of Opening every Address and Deleteing the Note manually... Is this Possable...
