Using Maximizer 7.0 and running into resource problems. Am not getting any help from Maximizer Tech support on most of my issues. Anyone here have any insight.

What sort of system do you have?
which resources are running out?
Is this PC performance related?
We consider the manufacturers minimum specifications as technical minimums. Practical minimums are considerably higher.
Our suggested minimum specs are;
Win98se, Win2000 (SP2), WinNT (SP6) or XP
Minimum
For Pervasive CRM
Win98 450Mhz/64MB
WinNT/2000/XP 700Mhz/256MB
SQL eCRM
Win2000/XP 1GHz/256/MB
The performance is very dependant on the load placed on the computer by the number and nature of the applications you have open at any one time.
Maximizer 7 can potentially use a bit of the machines resources, especially if you are not using it efficently (searching entire database at once, excessive numbers of columns, UDFs in column layout, e.t.c.)
What are your issues? we will see if we can resolve them.

Thanks for the recommended system req's. I'm working on the efficiency of Maximizer at this point. Some of my systems aren't even up to the 450MHz that you recommend. I do know that the users are very used to multi-tasking (several different applications). Thanks for your help. I will keep in touch.
