Restored address book, now missing info

Due to a hard drive replacement, I had to restore my Max 9 files, which I did from within the program. Everything appeared to go well, except now I notice that CITY, PROVINCE and POSTAL CODE fields are empty.

Any thoughts on where to look? I still have all the original files, if that is of any use.
