restrict maximizer printing

I have a number of users who need to print documents from the maximizer editor daily, who also need to print detailed reports on individual address book entries. However I need to stop the individual users from being able to print the whole address book. Do you have any ideas on how top go about this?

Users can print the data they can see. There's no way to stop me from printing the whole address book if you give me access to print and let me see the whole database. In Maximizer 8, you can grant/deny print functionality for a user, but you can't limit "how much" they can print.

If you don't want them printing the whole database, use security groups to segment the data that they can see.
