I am trying to process a superpeer on a workstation. Once the status bar reaches 12% complete I get an error. RMDM has caused an invalid page fault in module . I click ok and get another error. RMDM has caused an invalid page fault in module MFC42.dll. Has anybody seen this before? I appreciate any help in trying to get this worked out.

RMDM indicates that the machine is a MaxExchange Remote, not a SuperPeer (now called "MaxExchange Server"). In any case...

What version of MaxExchange are you running?

Have you checked the http:// 204.174.40.40/scripts/index.asp?product=3&category=18&find=&x=30&y=0 for the latest service packs or hotfixes?

I am running Maximizer Enterprise 6.0 w/ sp2 and MaxExchange Remote 6.0. The MaxExchange Server is version 6.0 as well. I have checked the support site and searched the knowledge base but found nothing related to the error code. The error occurs when processing a data packet from the MaxExchage server on the remote machine. The data packet is delivered through email. 12 other remote machines are using the same setup and working without problems.

Okay. In case you haven't heard elsewhere, the latest "word on the street" is that you should apply the MaxExchange Service Pack 2 (MaxExchange6SP2.exe) on all machines when MaxExchange is in the mix. i.e., Server, Remotes, and all others as well.

That said, it sounds like the particular packet in question is corrupted. You may have to refresh that remote.
