I need help on understanding what is the best way to record sales process, (ie: sent package, made presentation, follow up one , follow up two, etc.)and then to be able to quickly report on that process. (Ie: who and how many presentations have I made? How many closes? Stages of follow up, etc. Would it be best to program a special User defined field specifically for this process.
