Saving e-mails in Maximizer Enterprise 6 with Outlook XP (2003)

If I drag and drop an e-mail from the e-mail window onto a customer record - everything is fine.

But if I use the right mouse button and use the drop down and 'Save to customer name' I get an error message saying 'Maximizer is unable to save the e-mail address ....etc' but it saves the e-mail to the customer anyway.

Is there any way to avaoid thye message? I don't want to save the e-mail address anyway.

I am using Maximizer Enterprise 6 with Outlook XP (2003)

I think I may have found the answer in:

which talks about problems with Office SP3 and the effect that the security plugs have on 3rd party applications using Outlook features - specifically it mentions the 'Save as ..' problem I encountered.

The answer seems to be:
1. Don't install SP3
or
2. Use drag and drop, not 'Save address'
