Any body got any spec on the screen popping, we cuurently have screen popping on our system, but it seems that the only screen popping is where the phone CLI is in field 1 of the contacts phone number. is this right does it not check against all the other numbers eg. we use the 3rd field for mobile the 4th for internal extension (we have 45 tennants that use our phone system)

Any advice, as I can not find this on Multiactive's site, is it normal for the only the first phone number field to pop.
