I would like to search for notes entered by an individual user - is this possible?

Hi Imelda,
You can certainly search on the creator of Notes.
Go to the search menu, select Notes, you can then search on the creator of the notes.
Unless! your database doesn't have security enabled in which case all notes will have been created by Master.
You can also search documents in this way.

Hi Nick, Thanks for your response.
I am using Maximiser97is and when a user adds a note I (master) can view their name in the User column, but when I go to Search I have no option to select a users name.
If I choose Notes, I can only choose the date range for the search, there is no option for Creator of Note....am I looking in the wrong place?
