I am trying to organize security groups to our "Sales address book folder". I did as per the user manual--everything is fine except for "Opportunities". When the option modify other users private entries' is not enabled--even the users in the same group cannot see the opportunities created by others within the group. But can see the notes & documents.
So how can I achieve this---
....I want to make 2 groups-- Zone A & Zone B
....Users in each group should be able to see the address book entries assigned to their groups along with notes, documents & opportunities related to those address book entries.
