Send Email Disabled

I've got a problem with Maximizer 5.5 and Outlook running on Win2K TS

When I login as a normal user the Send Email Button is greyed out and the email window will not come up at all.

If I login in as an Administrator the system works fine.

This tells me my problem is a permission one, eith registry or file.

Any Idea which?

(I've already granted full access to HKLM\Pervasive and HKLM\Multiactive..)

Hi Bob,

I suggest the easiest way to sort this is to use Regmon and Filemon from www.sysinternals.com to see what is being called / accessed this should give you a start

Maximizer is just using the Mapi interface so I would be tempted to check for references to Mapi in HKLM and see you can access them.
