We were thinking of buying a network fax printer, which everyone would be able to use, instead of simply using every user's phone line.
Right now, users have Winfax on their machines. They queue the faxes they need to send for after work, but sometimes they need to send a bunch of documents to several customers immediately, and it ties up their phone line.
We've tried Fax Sharing with Winfax, but it doesn't work, even after all the mods we were told to do to get it working. Our next step would thus be to simply get a network fax printer, and use the dedicated fax line. The printer would be able to queue the faxes and send them.
Anyone tried that, and if so, did it work? Thanks
