Sending two or more Maximizer Word Processor (MaxWP) documents in ONE e-mail.
I clearly understand that one can add multiple a MSWord or Excel documents to an e-mail.
I have been able to send one MaxWP document via e-mail using "File" "Send
E-mail" from within a maximizer document.
However, I am unable to find in help how to "attach" or include more than one MaxWP document in one e-mail.
What I want to know is how you can select and send two or more Maximizer created word processor documents in one e-mail without having to send via two separate e-mails.
Could you please tell me how or where to find it in the Help menu or manual or how to do it.
It's a real bother to have to send multiple e-mails to send each document.
Help.
Hope you have a solution.
Your comments on the following, maybe you could send to Maximizer as well plus any addtional items you have.
Suggestions for the next version of Maximizer:
1. Phone Notes Box:
a) How about allowing the phone notes area to be enlarged, it's difficult working within such a small box for typing notes during a phone call.
2. Multiple return address for envelopes:
a) It would be great to be able to have more than one choice available rather than being restricted to only one.
b) It would be a great idea to be able to attach the return address choice within each letter document for printing an envelope when wanted, by choice not automatic, from the document window.
3. It would also be nice to be able to expand the timed note box as well for the same reason, but at least it's bigger than the phone box.
4. Drop down Mr\Ms: menu:
a) It's too narrow, you can only see seven characters wide, it's not enough. Expand it to 10 or 12 spaces would be great.
5. Number of Phone Numbers limited to four:
a) In this age of couples with 1 home, 2 office phone #s, 2 office Fax#, 2 Cell phones and 1 home fax, four isn't enough.
6. Last name choices:
a) With many couples with different last names, there is no clean way to record both names for searches or for letter or envelope set up and printing from within the same contact.
b) Maybe two lines for Mr and Ms with first and last names would be the answer.
c) More robust set up options for this situation would be need for letter and envelope printing.
Just a few things for the wish list for the next version.
