I have installed maximizer 10 on my machine and when i try to use calling feature TAPI. i get an error message:
"The selected line is in use by another program. you can try calling later or you can proceed and dial number manually."

I don`t understand why i`m keep getting this MSG. No other program is using this tapi driver at ALL.

And when i installed this version for 1st time to try it IT worked "quite" well. I was able to make calls through my TAPI driver. If i click on cancel button, the phone was still ringing and it didnt hang up.
after 2nd try Maximizer hanged and putted me out the debugging window.The phone rang on other side...
Then i had to format the HDD because win was getting slow and i planned it anyway and when i reinstalled maximizer 10 i got this message AGAIN(line in use).

This problem occurred in ver 9.5.It is the same. Line in use by another program.

I just don't know WHAT is causing this problem. Is it the TAPI driver, is it a Microsoft software, or is this the maximizer problem.
Tapi driver works well with calling software(similar to x-lite).

Im pretty sure that this is caused by some microsoft software.

Please help me with this...im very upset and frustrated about this problem...trying to solve it for 4 weeks now.

And shame is that there is no support or any help online for this issue.

I'm afraid that beyond the information provided in this article, Maximizer Software don't provide configuration or support assistance for TAPI integration.

Maximizer supports drivers that are 100% compliant with the TAPI 1 standard.

I would suggest you might want to have a chat with the support department for whoever supplied the phone system you are trying to integrate with.
