some address book entries disappear from view?

I am having an ongoing issue within my regular address book - when I first open the address book, or re-open after having been away from my desktop -it displays 1830 address book entries, a combination of contacts, compaies and individuals. If I go to VIEW and click on All Companies and Individuals, it then jumps the total entries displayed to 1844, but the next time I close the file and then reopn, it will default back to 1830. If I go to VIEW and click on All Address Book Entries, I then get a count of 1876. How can I get the default to show all entries, every time, instead of resetting to show only 1830?

Good Morning,

You can change which address book list Maximizer shows you at startup by changing the setup in Maximizer itself.

Log into Maximizer and click File>>Preferences. Then on the first page put a tick in the box that reads "Ask at Address Book startup which list to view". Then click OK.

When you next start Maximizer it will ask you which list you want to see, All Records, the list you were last working on, a specific favourite list and possibly some other options depending on which version it is.

I have the same problem as Bev but the solution you mentioned doesn't work. When I restart it just goes back to the contacts, companies and individuals without asking what address book.

Any other ideas on how to fix this?
