We are upgraded from 10 to 10.5. We are using Sql Server. We noticed that a few TableViews are not giving any results anymore after the upgrade. An example....view: Products/Service
gives no results. We noticed it because the Crystal reports stayed empty.Does anyone has a clue?

Good Afternoon,

The first thing I'd suggest you do is log everyone out of Maximizer and the run The Validate and Recover from the File Menu of the Maximizer Administrator. This checks the views all exists correctly.

After doing that I'd suggest you then look at how you are connecting to the SQL Server, in Maximizer 10.5 the views respect the Maximizer Security so you should be providing a SQL Logon to the Server that is a valid Maximizer username & password.

Generally I find the easiest way to check is to start the SQL Management Console and logon as MASTER (make sure you enter the password all in Upper Case). Then try the view again.
