Our business is planning to obtain about 10 licenses for Maximizer 8. While running the test version, however, we noticed that the software seems incapable of importing special characters (which our contact list, Excel format, is full of as we are located in Finland where umlauts and other characters are very common), instead it replaces them with other strange characters. Even a Find And Replace batch process after the import doesn't help since the software doesn't recognize the characters I entered and claims nothing has been found. Is there a solution to this problem, a patch maybe or some kind of tweak? Please help!
