statistics

I have a question about Maximizer entreprise 9.5

I need some statistics, in specific period, about my users and my customers, like :
- N° of appointement by user
- N° of appointement by user and by relevance
- N° of appointement by user and sector
- N° of appointement by cutomer
- Potential sales turnover by user and by month
- N° of viable prospective customer by user.

these statistics must be exportable to EXCEL.

does any body have an idea about how can I realize that ??
