Is the Marketing library supposed to sync with the remote data bases? We have 2 remotes and one syncs and one does not.

Also, when a scheduled call is due, and the call is actually made, the scheduled call remains in the notes. The result is a note for the scheduled call and another note for the completed call. What possible reason could there be for keeping the note of the scheduled call? Is there a way to make it go away automatically without having to remember to delete it?

The Marketing Library should sync. I should check that this site does not have any kind of problem. You can down load and run the silver bullet MaximizerRSA from our web site if you'd like me to have a look to have a quick look to see if the site has an obvious problem of this sort.

The Task notes can appear excessive but usually it not too bad. You can change the history recording in your preferences if you want to turn one of them off. The task scheduled note is however particularly useful as it a) shows other users you've planned something and b) shows the user of a reassigned task who created it !
