I use Outlook 2003 and CRM10 Entrepreneur. I cannot get them to sync successfully. I have done many trial runs. I have manually cleaned up both my Outlook contacts and Max address book. I get huge duplications in one or both. If I sync 1000 contacts this can expand into 3 of every contact. I have spent 2 days trying to sync. I have followed the User Guide over and over. Set the searcg for dups, set my preferences, put all Outlook into a Category etc.
I must be doing something fundamentally wrong, but cannot find it.
I am a small startup business, with a good Outlook database and I really want to utilise the Max tools, but until I get past this first step, I cannot move on.
Any advice and direction would be most welcome.
