I was having problems with my remote laptop sending packets to the server. The Packets where being sent to the Server but not being processed at the server. The originial thought was that there was a problem with the server but as it turned out they (Max Tech Services) decided that since I was using a Home WIFI to process packets, the packets were being corrupt. The solution: Clear all the Inbox Packets from the server. Only, synchronize when you have a wired internet connection.

I'll let you know if that worked! We'v been having this problem for three months.
