Synchronizing Email Addresses With Outlook

Hi. Would appreciate some advice on something.

I synchronize Maximizer contacts into Outlook. There is a problem with the email addresses in that when they are transferred from Maximizer to Outlook, they arrive in such a format that the Outlook Address book will not recognize them.

Does anyone know how to make Maximizer synchronize them in such a way that the Outlook address book will recognize them?
