tables in the Word Editor

In Word, copy the information you want to show up in Maximizer. In the Maximizer editor, go to the Edit menu and choose Paste Special. Select "Microsoft Word Document" from the list in the "As" box and make sure the "Paste" option is selected. Click OK. It should insert an encapsulated instance of the stuff you copied in Word. You should now be able to work with this in the Max editor.

I've only ever tried this with Word 2000, so I'm not sure how the newer versions of Office will work.

I tried this but I can't edit merge field into the table. I use Word 2002.

If I want to use a template with table, Ihave to use WOrd documents only.

In word 2000, are you able to insert merge field into the table in Max Editor?
