I am not sure if I am doing this the right way but I have not heard back from anyone since I posted yesterday.

Yesterday I posted the following:

I have tried the live update it does not show that we need any updates. We just updated yesterday and the error started. I originally did the live update and it did not show that we needed to update our product so I went to Maximizer Support and saw that Max 9 Enterprise needed the Service Release 2 for Maximizer Enetrprise 9 (ME9SR2.EXE) and it said if you did not receive this update through live update to manually apply this update. We manually applied this update and now we are getting these errors. Is their supposed to be a sequence to doing these updates? How do I get my Maximizer Enterprise 9 fully updated. This is getting to be very frustrating and I would like to see if I can get it resolved for me and the rest of my co-workers.

Gord,

I am not sure. This was normally handled by one of the other employees who is no longer with us. How would I be able to tell which updates have been applied. We have 8 machines running Max Ent 9 and I would like to get all of them running properly. When I did the manual update two days ago is when we started getting the error.

Look in the folder

C:\Program Files\Maximizer\Logs

You should see the log files for the various updates. For example, on my Max9 test box they appear as

C:\Program Files\Maximizer\Logs>dir Maximizer*.log /OD
Volume in drive C has no label.
 Volume Serial Number is 44E1-40F0

 Directory of C:\Program Files\Maximizer\Logs

2006/11/14 08:28a 4,881 Maximizer 9 Service Release 1.log
2007/02/18 09:15a 1,301 Maximizer 9 Service Pack 1 For Service Release 1.log
2007/03/01 05:46p 1,777 Maximizer 9 Service Pack 2 For Service Release 1.log
               3 File(s) 7,959 bytes
               0 Dir(s) 1,282,678,784 bytes free

As for whether they were installed by Maximizer Live Update, look in the folder

C:\Autoupdate

If you see the patch files in there then they probably were installed by Maximizer Live Update.

And as for what your current version is, choose Help > About from within Maximizer and see what it says. From the same Max9 machine, mine says

Name: Maximizer
Version: 9.0
Series: 1707 SP2 for SR1
Build number: 720
