We are thinking of buying this software.
I understand you can open emails inside maximizer i.e. open an outlook type interface inside the software so you can drag and drop files onto customer records - can you drag and drop any files, not just emails?
Basiically we need to record all communication with clients including .CAD drawings and also files from other software packages and weird and wonderful file extensions.
Is this possible?
