Open Maximizer as MASTER and go to the set-up tab and click users. You need to open the user records that are not required and set the enable/disable flag in the bottom right hand corner to disabled for each of the access methods. When you have reduced the number of enabled users to less than your licence count you will be able to add a new user.
You may want to do this from the Maximizer Administrator where the process is more or less the same. You can also check the number of licences installed on the utility menu. Should you need additional licences these can be purchased online at
