We have Windows 2000 with Terminal server. Maximizer 5.0 access via Btrieve 6.15 client/server the data on a seperate Windows 2000 File Server. Btrieve is patched to 6.15.451
We have turned off set local=0 requester=1 on the Thin Servers. Maximizer works until you access the calendar. Then a 30 second pause followed by an error code 20 on the "holidays" file. I understand that to be the mxzhol.nam. Even though we copied the mxzhol.nam file to the mxz data folder on the server, 5.0 doesnt seem to look there.
Is there anyway to get this to work? If I set local=1 the first user can read the holidays file but subsequent users on the terminal server get an error code 20 on the user file.
If I "can't get there from here" then is there any way to tell Maximizer to forget about the holidays file altogether? I think the client could live without it.
