Upgrade of data from Maximizer 9 to Maximizer 11 involves a change to the underlying database format in which your data is stored. You can perform the operation using the data upgrade menu in the Maximizer Administrator. The upgrade can only be done on a pc having components of both versions installed when you upgrade. This will be the case if you uninstall Maximizer 9 and install 11 on the same pc as the necessary database components are uninstalled.
If you upgrade to version 11 on the pc where version 9 was installed you should be able to upgrade the data. If you are moving to a new machine you may find it difficult to upgrade the data on the new pc.
