urgent task in Maximizer-merging all address books into 1

Hello,
I am new to Maximizer. Our office uses Maximizer Entrepreneur 2010.
I was wondering if you someone on this forum, could outline me the steps of importing entries from one address book to another.
Currently we have four address books: Europe, Canada, USA and International. I have create a new address book, which I have already done, and now I have to take all entries from the existing address book and add them to a newly created address book. Is it a hard job to accomplish?

To accomplish this you need to log in to the database you wish to transfer and view all companies and individuals. Then select all and from the Maximizer icon menu (file menu) choose import and then transfer address book entries.

You will need to be able to log in to the database you are transferring to. I suggest you start by experimenting transfering a few records to a new empty database. There are some restrictions and some data that may not be transferred but this is the option you need to use. I suggest you use the standard merge settings.
