User access to Address book

hi all
i have created a new global address book from which i has restored data from another addressbook. i had already set up user accounts, but now when i log in as a user the address book will open but no data is stored. if i do this using MASTER it all works fine. how can i get my other users to see the data on the addressbook?

The view on the address book wasnt viewing all, that is why i could see them, finally the thought came to me.
