I am looking for a CRM product for us in the office and want to quickly pick you brains about an issue and to see of Max can handle it, I know ACT! can’t!!!!

I have accounts for web customers, who are assigned usernames and passwords access to email, ftp and that sort of thing. I need a way with the CRM to record this with the contact. Not hard you think, user fields will do that. The only problem is I might have multiple usernames and password for one customer i.e.

Customer: Joe Bloggs

email@joebloggs.co.uk:
Username1
Password1

Email1@joebloggs.co.uk
Username1
Password2

Control Panel
cpUsername
password

Can Maximizer use a table view for its user defined fields? Ideally what I need is a table that looks like;

Detail Type Detail Username Password
^
Drop down with email, control panel etc)

Does anyone know if Maximizer can handle this, and if so how?

Thanks

Stuart

Hello Stuart,

It sounds to me like you need a CABC custom Window. Maximizer has an interface which allows the addition of extra windows in Maximizer to hold additional data relating to companies and contacts. CABC have taken this interface and extended it to allow us to quickly and cost effectively supplement the functionality of Maximizer.

In exactly the way you have described it allows the inclusion of additional windows which can represent multiple records and relate them to a company and/or contact (much like the standard notes and documents windows). CABC's Other Info Window is an example of the way in which Maximizer can be extended in this way.

For more information regarding how CABC's custom windows can help please call CABC on +44 1635 570970 or email info@cabc.co.uk.

Best Regards
CABC
